Uniform provisions concerning the approval of M2 and M3 small capacity vehicles with regard to their general construction.

Applies to single-deck rigid vehicles of categories M2 and M3 1/ designed and constructed for the carriage of seated or standing persons and having a capacity not exceeding 22 passengers in addition to the driver.
