Licence Agreement
By purchasing a copy of a Kenya standard or online access to a Kenya standard, the purchaser agrees to be bound by this License Agreement. KEBS standards are copyright protected (KEBS copyright) and the Licence Agreement regulates to what extend the purchaser is allowed to use a purchased standard or what the online access includes.

Taxes
No VAT/local taxes are charged for standards. Payment of any local or other taxes which may be applied to orders dispatched outside Kenya is the responsibility of the customer.
